IPD is the joint GSA and HMC professional development service designed to provide a broad range of high quality training opportunities for members across the two associations.

IPD is based in Market Harborough and is under the direction of the joint Director of Professional Development, Dr Simon Letman. IPD's office is managed by the Professional Development Assistant (PDA), Sharon O'Flynn.
